EU-Jugendministerrat verabschiedet Schlussfolgerungen zum Jugendaustausch mit Nicht-EU-Ländern

Im Mittelpunkt stand insbesondere die Zusammenarbeit mit den Ländern Armenien, Aserbaidschan, Belarus, Georgien, Republik Moldau, Russland und Ukraine.

Die Jugendminister/-innen der EU nennen in den <link http: www.consilium.europa.eu uedocs cms_data docs pressdata en educ _blank external-link-new-window external link in new>Schlussfolgerungen (pdf, in Englisch, 125 kb) Überlegungen und Anregungen, wie die Mitgliedstaaten und die Europäische Kommission die Zusammenarbeit und Mobilität von Jugendlichen, Jugendorganisationen und Fachkräften der Jugendarbeit fördern können.

In der <link http: www.consilium.europa.eu uedocs cms_data docs pressdata en educ _blank external-link-new-window external link in new>Presseerklärung des Rates der Europäischen Union heißt es:

    "The Council adopted conclusions on the Eastern dimension of youth participation and mobility (15952/11), supporting cooperation and facilitating mobility for young people, youth workers and youth organisations from the European Union, particularly with the Eastern European countries (Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine and Russia), in the context of the renewed framework for European cooperation in the youth field (OJ C 311, 19.12.2009). The Eastern dimension is an important priority for the Polish Presidency. The conclusions include several horizontal recommendations concerning mobility in the fields of
    culture, society, politics or personal life, which aim to indicate the most effective methods of developing cooperation and increasing the quality of mobility, in particular in the field of nonformal education and voluntary activities."
